Guidelines for abstract submission
Authors are invited to submit their abstracts and follow the guidelines listed below.
Each author can submit up to 2 abstracts (either as author or co-author).
The content of the abstract should include the following parts:
The statement of the problem
(Describe the problem or the reason for this study and the basic aim of the study)
Methodology/Approach
(Describe in brief the methodology or approach depending on the research type e.g. empirical research, qualitative or quantitative, literature review, conceptual analysis or a combination of some types)
Results/Findings
(State some indicative results or findings)
Conclusions
State the main conclusion (s)
Keywords
(No more than 6 words, each word begins with a small letter and is separated from the other with a comma (,) except from the last word)
At the end of the abstract the authors should mention the following:
This paper mainly refers to:
The Conference Theme No…with the title …
The Conference Sub-Theme with the title …
(In order to complete this part the authors should see the conference themes and sub-themes. The authors should choose only one theme and sub-theme for every abstract submitted. If an abstract fits into more themes and sub-themes, the authors should choose the most appropriate one).

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
Important dates
Deadline for abstract submission: 17 September 2017
Latest notification of abstract acceptance: 15 October 2017
Deadline for early registration: 25 October 2017
Conference dates: 24 to 26 November 2017
Submissions of abstracts should be sent at the conference email leadership2017@uom.edu.gr by following the two templates (Abstract Template 1, Abstract Template 2).
It is pointed out that the submitted abstract/paper is original and it has not been published or presented anywhere else before.
All submitted abstracts will be blind-reviewed by the members of the scientific committee.
The abstracts submitted and approved for presentation will be included in the book of abstracts (electronic form) that will be distributed at the beginning of the Conference.
After the notification of abstract acceptance, authors should complete their early registration in order to be included to the Conference programme.
After the acceptance of the abstract, authors are given the option to submit full papers that will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee. In case of acceptance, they should be published in the conference proceedings. Detailed guidelines for the full paper submission would be given in a later time.
